The room was silent and spotless, breakfast was abundant! Marble bathroom with bathtubs; incredibly welcoming and accommodating staff with service and friendliness of the staff.

Cheap food in the restaurant, the best and good breakfast with pancakes and champagne thrown in, as example. Relaxing, comfy rooms with large balcony and a lovely view, as example, great setting.

The hotel offers reasonably spacious rooms with a live grand piano. The good breakfast is a nice touch. The location is marvelous, especially if you want to be near discos and pubs. The authentic restaurant on the property serves freshly cooked dishes.

The service here was good, we had a neat and airy room with a helpful thermostat and a balcony.

The breakfast at Hotel Cleopatra Palace was outstanding! There was a wide selection of options, including a pancake station, and everything was delicious. The room was large and well-equipped, and the pool area was great for relaxing. Room service was prompt and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The room could use some modernization, as the furniture was dated and some of the electrical features were old-fashioned.

The hotel provides fantastic service. The rooms are absolutely brilliant and exceptionally nice, with climate control and a dining area. The staff are fantastic and fabulous.

We visit this hotel every year and it never fails to impress us. The large pool area, extensive breakfast options, pool bar, and great facilities make it a perfect choice. Plus, guests have access to the sister hotel with a kids club and evening entertainment. The spacious rooms with balcony provide stunning views. The hotel's location next to the Safari Centre means plenty of shops and restaurants, and the beach right outside is a bonus. We also enjoyed the good wifi throughout the hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and check-in was quick. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely bed. The hotel's key location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and the main strip with great restaurants and bars, was perfect for us. We also enjoyed the fact that there were always sun loungers available by the pool.

We did find a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the breakfast, although it had a good choice, was occasionally cold and some of the food didn't match the quality we expected.

Music from neighboring Hard Rock Cafe and concert hall could be heard from 9-11pm.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere and explore the town. The staff here were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly and attentive, and even put on a free show with live entertainment and free drinks. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Plus, we had a great view from our balcony. The amenities were top-notch, with a lovely swimming pool area and a delicious breakfast buffet. We couldn't have asked for more.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends. It was an amazing experience and we can't wait to go back.

Great stay with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Loved the complementary pool towels and the fact that we were able to use all the facilities of the neighboring hotel. The spa was also a nice touch, and we enjoyed using the saltwater pool and sauna.

The only downside was that the rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. However, this didn't take away from the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

I loved staying at this hotel in Playa de las Americas. It is centrally located, right on top of the beach and the promenade. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. The service provided by the staff was professional and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection of choices and the staff was always friendly. The hotel also had great facilities, including a gym and pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was nice and clean with a great view. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a glass of cava at the reception, and to my surprise, there was a bottle of cava on ice with a fruit basket waiting for me in the room! The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of options and even a pianist performing every morning. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right on the beachfront and in the center of everything you could want. It is also close to fabulous restaurants, some off the beaten track, which I found through Trip Advisor. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and even though there was a small issue with the booking price, they patiently resolved it for me. I also appreciated the small touches, like the "library" of magazines and books at the pool area.

The hotel had impressive decor, comfortable beds and a great location. The swimming pools were fantastic, and being able to use the facilities at the neighboring hotel was a bonus. The staff, especially Sandra, went above and beyond to assist me with a lost passport. The hotel was spotless and the food outstanding.

There was nothing I didn't like.
